It will help you feel renewed, younger and healthier, enable you to raise your spiritual conscientiousness to a higher level. 

Most people only absorb 35% of the nutrients from their food intake. After performing the fasting process, they can absorb up to 85%. After fasting several times a year, the body can function as a person five to ten years younger, both physically and mentally.  

No sense of hunger or extreme thirst. During Fasting workshop, you'll learn special techniques to absorb cosmic energy. You’ll also practice circular swing-flowing ocean, meditation and other techniques. It reduces stress, improves wisdom and helps accumulate more fortune. 

No previous experience is needed to learn. Everyone can benefit, regardless of their religious background.

Five Movements Workshop:Nov. 11-17, 9am-12noon, 2017
standing advanced Qigong exercises to promote self-healing, increase life energy, slow down the aging process, and develop wisdom. They help to open up the blockage in one’s body, improve overall wellness of body and mind, obtain inner peace, and improve concentration.

​As we age, the bodily functions, energy channels, energy and blood gradually deteriorate or become blocked. Through practicing the five movements, it uses the spine as an axis, massaging the entire body and internal organs. It helps promote spinal cord hematopoietic function in the spinal cord cavity, and clear the various acupuncture points on both sides of spine and in the body.It purifies your body, and helps clear the three meridians and seven chakras very quickly. “破瓦法”: 2017年11月3日 下午1点-5点:六大即身成就大法之一。也叫往生法,是臨終往生的一種方法。 臨終往生的方法有很多,其中頗瓦法是最殊勝的方法之一。

破瓦法是通过“修学气脉”和“明点观想”来修的,修破瓦法对于往生助益极大。修学破瓦法需要灌顶传承,这个过程中有历代上师的加持,这个对于往生也很重要。这都是破瓦法不共的地方。 

什麽是“破瓦法”?
这是藏密的一种修行大法,汉译为“开顶法”。 按其传承形式“破瓦法”可分为:
1)噶玛颇哇,是由释迦世尊口传的,一代一代的传下来,从没有间断过。
2)爹玛颇哇,是莲花生大士用文字形式传下来的。
   ----上师传授的是噶玛颇哇

我为什麽要修 “破瓦法”?是帮助我们脱离轮回,抵达极乐世界净土最有效的捷径之一。一般而言,显,密修行有九个层次,这是共同的。要达到高层次,有两条途径:一条是修行时间长,艰苦。一条是修行时间短,效果好。“破瓦法”就是第二条路经,最适合现代工作繁忙的密宗修行者及信众。另外,修“破瓦法”有能帮助我们更有效地吸收宇宙中的能量以及排除体内的浊气,对健康和定力又更明显的效果。

什麽人可以修“破瓦法”?休习本法时会不会出偏,走火入魔?
只要你愿意发菩提心,坚定信仰,接受上师的加持,无论老年,中年,青年,男女,均可修持,最好是在还没有被疾病拖垮前修习。一旦身染重病,那末无论你的意愿有多强也绝不可能修好本法。只要你依照教法修持就不会走火入魔。从佛福上师传“破瓦法”(国内,国外)至今,已经有超过万名行者,从无不良现象,很多人都很成功开了顶,但“破瓦法”最重要的是上师加持的力量,若无上师加持,未必能成功。

“破瓦法”是藏密大法,为什麽我要跟佛福上师学而不直接从西藏僧人那里学习?
“破瓦法”是藏密大法, 在西藏闭关期才能有机会得到此法。语言障碍也是一大问题,再者你见到的穿喇嘛装的藏人并不都是喇嘛,也许有的是藏族僧人,并无传承资格。要找到一位专长传“破瓦法”的金刚上师只能说是可遇而不可求的。佛福金刚上师的上师是藏族喇嘛法海上师,得到诺那呼图克图上师亲传,又得贡噶金刚上师真谛。他在贡噶山闭关得大成就。解放前就隐居在杭州天目山。佛福上师住在杭州于1962 年有机缘得到法海喇嘛的传承,又先后两次进藏,得知名“破瓦”尊师当卡活佛真传,因为密宗最重师承,佛福上师身为金刚传法上师,与藏族喇嘛没有分别。

气脉明点:2017年11月4-10日: 上午9点-中午12点: 是修學破瓦法的基礎。只有从气,脉,明点上修炼,使生理发生明显变化,以达到健康长寿,进而积攒修行的资粮,才能在进一步修行中做到明心见性。

观音相应法:​2017年11月4-10日: 下午2点-5点: 也是修學破瓦法的基礎。四臂觀音菩薩相應法密宗必修本尊之一,若要修大悲觀世音菩薩破瓦法,修此法之後必得成就。修此法和觀音菩薩相應,增長慈悲心,成就快。六字真言為觀音菩薩微妙心印,有無量無邊不可思議功德。若誦六字大明三世業障可得清靜。一切金剛護法天龍八部,無不歡喜擁護。有求必應。

五动妙法:2017年11月11-17日:上午9点-中午12点
五動,是五種姿勢的動態,是陀罗尼的分解動作。練好五動即可迅速掌握陀罗尼要领(第二班)。使自身淨化,促進迅速疏通三脈七輪。凡是物質都有生,住,敗,滅(空)。從出生以來,隨年歲的增長,七情的干擾及身體受外界的影響,各功能,脈絡, 氣血逐步衰退或阻塞。通過練習五動以脊椎為軸,帶動全身和內臟自我作金剛按摩,促進脊髓腔內的脊髓造血功能及脊椎兩側及體內諸穴位同時能得到疏通。
因此 A:使身體諸百脉氣血流暢,達到健身祛病的作用,心理上生理上趋向年輕。B;肌肉關節易放松靈活,靜坐技巧易提高,姿勢更為正確,盤坐自在。 C:使精神能放松, 迅速入靜進入空境,開發智慧,提高靈性。

辟穀法: 2017年11月11-17日:  下午2点-5点
大德金剛佛福上師在湾区慈悲親傳七天辟穀之法。此独特辟谷方法历史悠久,科学安全,效果不同凡响,徹底地清除或減輕多種多年沉積的疾病,釋放壓力,还可提高意识境界,有助于觉悟和靈性的提高,是静坐最好的时间,可使您的静坐有很显著地进步,福慧雙修,十分殊勝。修此大法,不分宗教信仰,无需基础,人人可受益。

报名后,需填写一份辟穀修习登记表,详细记录辟穀史和病史。辟穀期间,每人每天会有一个日志。以供大德金剛佛福上師了解和针对具体情况进行加持。

Energy, Channels; Drop/Sphere (Bindu): Nov. 4-10, 9am-12noon, 2017
a foundation of Phowa. Through cultivation of energy, channels and luminous sphere, one is able to attain good health and longevity, and accumulate fortune. As one further cultivates, one is able to reach enlightenment.

Guan Yin Practice: Nov.4-10, 2pm-5pm, 2017
another foundation of Phowa. Guan Yin is one of the Deities to be revered in Tibetan Buddhism. This Dharma helps one to connect with Guan Yin Bodhisattva, and helps one to quickly attain a higher of level of compassion and achievement. The Six Character Great Bright Mantra is Guan Yin Bodhisattva’s heart mantra. There is boundless merit and virtue if one chants the mantra, and bad karma may be purified. All Vajra dharma protectors will happily protect oneself, and all one’s wishes will be fulfilled.
